With heavy investment in the latest trading technology, Axi seeks to offer the most comprehensive end-to-end trading experience available, servicing traders of all levels from beginners to institutional-level clients.Let's talk about the cool stuff you do at Axi!The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in an organization utilizing PMI (PMBoK), Agile, and PRINCE2 methodologies. The PC is responsible for supporting a globally distributed Project Management (PM) team, ensuring effective monitoring and control across all projects through robust governance frameworks.Reporting to the Senior Project Coordinator, the PC will serve as the primary liaison, providing critical support to project managers throughout the project lifecycle. This includes facilitating communication, ensuring adherence to governance standards, and maintaining project documentation. A key aspect of the role involves collaborating with the PM team and the Office of Governance and Compliance (OGC) to oversee project delivery, enhance governance practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Your EDGE assignment/You will:Monitoring and Control on projects so there is a high probability of success (delivered on-time, in scope and within budget)
Assisting in the development of project scopes, requirements, deliverables and benefits, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility is completed
Assist in developing a detailed project plan to track progress via MS Project and JIRA
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs, quality and resourcing
Measure and enhance project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Creation of Reports and escalate to management as needed
Assist with the management of the relationship with all stakeholder's worldwide
Attend project meetings and follow-up with outstanding tasks
Perform various coordinating tasks, like issue and risk management, along with administrative duties
Monitor and Control comprehensive documentation within Confluence
Engage, develop and help train project and non-project staff in our standards
Handle Budget Management including purchase order requests, invoice processing, and payment disputes.
Manage Supplier Renewals and Onboarding Process including coordinating contract reviews and managing supplier contacts.
Responsible for the coordination of technology audit requirements.
Responsible for coordination of policies, procedures and processes.
Maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
Management of key reporting including data analysis to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy in all outputs.Are you the one?
Experience Monitoring and Controlling multiple projects simultaneously with competing demands.
Experience within PMI (PMBoK), Agile and/or PRINCE2 and/or has knowledge of project management best practices.
Can create basic clear and concise reports and dashboards in PowerBI.
Methodical and logic driven, whilst maintaining the ability to think outside of the box.
The ability to perform duties independently and under minimal supervision within specific assignments.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to allow for the accurate and efficient communication with stakeholders and staff.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills and should be detail oriented.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to allow for the handling of multiple and parallel projects.
Experience with online documentation tools such as Atlassian products such as Confluence, all Microsoft Office products, particularly Powerpoint.
Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA)
Can understand intermediate to advanced MS Excel formula.Axi's interview journey
