We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Trainee to join our client's team. Our client is a renowned software company specializing in delivering innovative technology solutions to businesses worldwide. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of software projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.Key Responsibilities:Assist project managers in planning and organizing project activities, resources, and timelines.
Track project progress and report on key milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, QA) to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
Communicate project status, deliverables, and expectations to all team members and clients.
Organize project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and reports.
Assist in risk management by identifying potential project challenges and suggesting solutions.
Support project teams in organizing meetings, ensuring that agendas are prepared, and following up on action items.
Help ensure client satisfaction by ensuring projects are delivered according to expectations.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers or candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Stipend will be provided during the training period.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Basic understanding of software development processes and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Basic Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
Strong organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail.
Problem-solving abilities and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Previous experience in a project coordination or assistant role in the software or IT industry is a plus, but not mandatory.#J-18808-Ljbffr
