About the role
Join the dynamic team at Essential Engineering Solution Sdn Bhd as a Project Engineer. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of engineering projects in the Johor Bahru, Johor region. As a key member of the Project Engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient project deliveryCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and procurement, to ensure seamless project implementationMonitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as neededEnsure compliance with relevant engineering standards, regulations, and safety protocolsConduct site inspections and provide technical support to project teamsPrepare project reports and documentation, including progress updates, cost reports, and final project handoverContribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practicesWhat we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role within the engineering industryStrong understanding of project management principles, engineering design, and construction processesProficiency in using project management software and toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teamsProblem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve project-related issuesAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with relevant engineering standards, regulations, and safety protocolsAble and willing to travel What we offer
