Project Engineer

Job Description:  Site Coordination:Supervise and coordinate daily activities on-site for BMS and ELV installations.Ensure proper allocation of resources, materials, and manpower to meet project timelines.Progress Monitoring:Track project milestones and report on site progress to the project manager and stakeholders.Ensure adherence to project schedules and manage any delays or changes effectively.Contractor Management:Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work and compliance with project specifications.Oversee the quality of installations and perform inspections as needed.Safety & Compliance:Ensure that all on-site activities adhere to safety standards and local regulations.Conduct regular safety checks and enforce safety protocols.Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve any on-site issues related to BMS and ELV systems.Assist with the commissioning and handover of systems to clients.Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2 years in site management for BMS and ELV systems.Strong knowledge of site operations, project scheduling, and resource management.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication skills to work with teams, contractors, and clients.Applicants must be willing to be relocated to our various project sites.
