About Us:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Project Engineer to manage our exciting warehouse construction project in Lahad Datu.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the prefabricated warehouse project.
Ensure the project adheres to design specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure seamless execution.
Perform technical evaluations and troubleshoot engineering issues as they arise.
Monitor project progress, prepare regular updates, and report to management.
Implement quality control and safety measures throughout the project.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
3+ years of experience in project management or engineering roles in construction.
Strong knowledge of prefabricated construction techniques and IBS systems is a plus.
Proficient in project management tools and engineering software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willing to be based full-time in Lahad Datu for the project duration.
