Project Engineer

About the role
As a Project Engineer at MAXVOLT SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of engineering projects. Based shall be in klang valley, this full-time position will see you spearheading the technical aspects of project planning, implementation and oversight to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
Developing detailed project plans, specifications and budgets
Overseeing the execution of engineering projects, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise
Liaising with cross-functional teams, clients and suppliers to coordinate project activities
Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards, regulations and safety protocols
Preparing detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders
Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions
What we're looking for
Diploma / Degree in Engineering or a related Electrical field
At least 3 years' experience as a Project Engineer, preferably in the engineering industry
Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute and deliver complex engineering projects
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
Proficient in using engineering software and tools
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with relevant engineering standards, regulations and safety protocols
