Project Engineer

Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring engineering projects, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget.Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to Time, Cost, and Scope objectives.Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and coordinate among stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing updates to management and stakeholders as necessary.Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals during the execution stage to ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and objectives.Prepare detailed progress reports, documenting project phases, challenges, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, installation, and testing, to ensure successful project delivery.Responsible for the electrical design of systems (e.g., UPS) in accordance with industry standards and specifications. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the electrical, power plant, or energy equipment services industry.Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Required language(s): English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.Required Skill(s): Project Management, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD
