Job Responsibilities: To liaise with client's representative on site and attend consultant/site meetings. To fully understand the project plan and ensure work is carried as per specification and contract requirement. To prepare work schedule, coordinate and supervise all construction related activities. To lead all on-site personnel (contractor's/sub-contractor's workers, our workers and etc.) to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications. To control and minimize wastage of materials & machineries on-site. To schedule and attend on-site inspections throughout the process. To proactively identify work site problems and provide solutions. To work with Procurement department to order the resources necessary to complete a project and responsible for the timely delivery of these resources. To drive work site safety, promote safe work practices and rectifies job site safety hazards immediately. To conduct post mortem on projects and propose better work procedure if necessary. To assist in other duties as and when assigned by your superior. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Interior Design/ Construction/ Architecture/ Project Management. At least 3 years of working experience in project management and site supervision field. Strong carpentry skills and ability to understand architecture & interior design construction methods and sequence. Good communication skills in dealing clients, sub-contractors, vendors and related parties. Work Schedule:
