Project Executive

Objective of the job: To manage and oversee all projects undertaken by Petro Teguh (M) Sdn Bhd to successful completion. Job Functions: Business Development i. To solicit new businesses/joint-venture for the Petro Teguh (M) Sdn Bhd and its Groups of Companies as per company direction and instruction by the Managing Director of Petro Teguh (M) sdn Bhd. (Note: comply with company's blue print and official instruction by the organisation) ii. To carry out feasibility studies for any project indulge by Petro Teguh (M) sdn Bhd and its group of companies. iii. To represent the companies in a good faith and the best of the interest at utmost of the company. Project Management iv. To lead the Project teams (consists of Contractor, Consultant, relevant authority, stakeholder) in overseeing all projects undertaken by Petro Teguh (M) Sdn Bhd to its successful completion. v. To manage all matters related to M & E, C & S, Architectural and Landscape of the projects. (If applicable) vi. To ensure that all technical matters related to construction are performed in accordance with the specifications, procedures and standards set by the Authorities. vii. To monitor the status and the progress of all projects undertaken by the Company in line with the technical specifications specified in the contracts. viii. To ensure that all tendering process (if applicable) are carried out within reasonable time frame and schedule. ix. To plan and follow through all pre-development works such as contracts, earthworks, designing and building layout. x. To perform any other work assigned by the Company from time to time.To be the ultimate link to our customers' petroleum product requirement.
