Job Description We have identified an opportunity for a Project Lead to join us in a vital client facing position, managing and continuously building on the brand and category partnership.
The role will report into the Operations Director and work together with onsite teams and origination/adaptation hubs to supports our clients across various brands delivering on their creative production needs.
As a Project Lead Determine and define project scope and objectives, working closely with other team leads to triage new projects.Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient mannerTrain, coach and develop Project Team members as leader.Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.Manage and supervise freelance and vendor engagement.Able to work with cross functional teams and build timelines accordingly.Able to analyze the creatives and make decisions to brief creative team on the changes internally.Coach, manage and motivate members of the Project Team in managing projects and driving progresses.Host and facilitate WIP meetings with hub team members and with the account service team.Execute project as required.As a member of our community You believe passionately in the power of creativity to bring change to the world. Qualifications At least 10 years of working experience in similar roleCapable to work in fast-paced projects and environmentStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices (Jira / Slack / Agile)Strong understanding on creative to technical workflowDetailed oriented, strong client servicing skills with proven ability to solve problems creativelyExperience seeing projects through the full life cycleExcellent analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timelineExperience in managing a team of Project ManagersPharmaceutical or medical experience would be a great plus, but it's not essential for the role Additional Information We are the future of creative production.
