Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all activities pertaining to up-keeping, maintenance, periodic checking, and operations of all existing on-site mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment, including M&E ancillary systems and desludging works.
Administrative and Staff Management:
Review, update or implement Maintenance Operation Manual and Policy for Maintenance Department to ensure the effectiveness of sustainable maintenance and associated business processes.
Responsible for all statutory and certification renewal (e.g., SPAN etc.).
Lead and manage a team of staff for the day-to-day operations of the Technical, Maintenance, and Project Management Department.
Handle maintenance team matters such as rosters, attendance, etc.
Assist with manual repairs when necessary.
Any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
A Diploma or higher in Administration or equivalent.
At least 1 year hands-on experience in a sewerage treatment plant/building is an advantage.
Able to assist in handling and troubleshooting M&E defects and assist the team to carry out repairing works as appropriate.
Supervise all works by technicians/contractors to ensure they are performed in accordance with building/site safety regulations.
Computer literate and proficient in preparing reports.
Possess good leadership, project management skills, and able to implement customer-oriented services.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
