Job Duties and QualificationsUnder direct supervision, this is an entry-level role responsible for learning and implementing various techniques and methods across drilling, completions and production operations. This entry level role is designed to focus on a wide variety of services and technologies in order to have an overall understanding of project management including planning, operations, and management of oil and gas operations. This role will have increasing responsibility while focusing on different areas of operations.
Specific assignments and activities are given in order to developing an overall understanding of the different product service lines and their related services and technologies. The assigned activities are aligned with overall project management strategy. The role will also receive training in Project Management Processes, finance and accounting, and leadership, in order to understand how to successfully manage and lead an integrated services project. The role is required to complete specific assigned projects, meet developmental objectives in a timely manner in order to complete the program.
Skills are acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in STEM. Experience as an intern with an oilfield service or an oil and gas operator is preferred.
