Responsibilities:Experience working with Quality Department (Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance, Quality Control).
Knowledge in QMS & IATF, QC tools, drawing, technical documentation, customer specific requirement and ordering knowledge.
Act as customer liaison (SPTT, Audit, etc) for new project development.
Prepare and monitor customer documentation such as SPTT, QAV, etc.
Prepare gauge (assy and single part) and test stands specifications.
Request quotations, select gauge maker suppliers, and monitor fabrication progress and buy-off activities.
Arrange and conduct product introduction and review meetings at T0/T1 trial stages to introduce new products to other departments and share kaizen if any.
Arrange and conduct Testing Go meetings to confirm testing specifications and schedules.
Prepare and monitor parts required and ensure testing progress as per plan.
Provide solutions for any NG results until testing results are all 100% OK.
Manage and monitor all parts' dimensions and accuracy as per customer requirements and provide countermeasure actions if NG is found.
All NG points need to be updated in a trouble list for ease of monitoring.
Manage and monitor all parts' appearance quality as per customer requirements and provide countermeasure actions if NG is found.
All appearance NGs need to be updated in a trouble list for ease of monitoring.
Manage and monitor product workability as per customer requirements and country regulations.
If NG is found, countermeasure actions need to be taken.
Workability NGs need to be updated in a trouble list for ease of monitoring.
Prepare and monitor the trouble list items until closed.
This process needs to be done for every trial stage (T0 trial to mass production) to ensure part quality is OK during the mass production stage.
All trouble lists need to target closure before Development Audit.
Manage and monitor part dimensions, appearance, workability, etc., as per customer requirements for every trial stage by conducting 3P meetings to manage and monitor the countermeasures taken.
Control schedules of modification activities for molds, machines, jigs, etc., to be completed by the next trial stage as committed by the related department.
Manage project progress as per product preparation schedules such as trial events, customer events, etc.
Manage customer event delivery to ensure part delivery as per the agreed date.
Manage all development activities by achieving the targets during Development and Mass Production Audit toward mass production readiness.
Monitor quality performance of parts during the mass production stage (after development) within 3 months and support any activities to ensure production runs smoothly.
Support production engineering during assembly, such as confirming glue settings, welding conditions, photometric settings, leak settings, etc., as per drawing requirements by checking section cuts, glue weights, etc.
Assist/Support superior or DGM with any work-related tasks.
