Project Management Intern

Project Planning:- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.- Help create and maintain project documentation. - Translation work for document is required from Chinese to English and vice versa.Communication and Coordination:- Participate in project meetings and document meeting minutes and action items.- Translation work is required from Chinese to English and vice versa.- Communicate project updates, milestones, and issues to team members.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.Progress Tracking:- Help track project progress against milestones and deliverables.- Collect data and generate reports on project status.Learning and Development:- Take initiative to learn about project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.- Seek feedback from project managers and mentors to improve skills and performance.Additional Support:- Provide administrative support to project managers, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing project files.- Assist in other project-related tasks assigned by supervisors or team members, such as software testing and log catching. - Currently pursuing Bachelor degree holder in Engineering / Technology Information or a related field. -Minimum 5 - 6 months internship period.-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.-Strong written and verbal communication skills.-Attention to details and Good analytical thinking.
