Project Management Office (Pmo) - Executive/ Senior Executive

Job Description Responsible for liaising with project stakeholders regarding the project site, designs, drawing reviews and technical matters.Tracking and reporting project progress, including cash flow and stage billing, site progress implementation, cost, and budget monitoring.
Involves coordinating and managing project deliverables along with the site team.Coordinates with consultants on project plans and design interfacing.To assist in the tendering processes / exercise with Contract unit. Work closely with project stakeholders during implementation stage.Assisting in the planning and implementation of the project.Performing other duties assigned by the PMO in an orderly and efficient manner.
 Job Requirement Possess a Degree in Civil or Degree in Architectural with 3 - 5 years relevant experience in design consultancy or property development. Have high-rise building exposure. Working with developer at least 1 years in high-rise planning and implementation stage are advantage. Working before as contractor / consultant high-rise building is added advantageSolid technical knowledge in design and property development.Good communication skills with project stakeholder which include relevant authorities. Solid understanding on UBBL. Knowledge in ACAD, BIM & MS Project. Proactive and ability to work in face paced environment and in meeting tight deadline.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
