Project Manager

Responsible for the management and monitoring of all assigned projects on planning, control and execution are performing to the required standard and within time-cost budget.- Oversee the projects operations and construction processes meeting the project objectives/goals.- Oversee the performance of project team and enhance process improvements.- Oversee the management of project resources in respect of project sites especially on site wastages, foreign workers, machineries and equipments.- Ensure alll assigned project sites have coordination meetings with clients and sub-contractors to study and suggest solutions to technical or non-technical problems.- Visit project sites on regular basis to review progress and project performance according to schedule.- Prepare and present monthly reports on projects operations to management.Requirements:- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.- At least 10+ years of working experience in building construction.- Strong leadership and ability to lead site project team.- Self-motivated personal and able to work independently.- Able to work under pressure, long hours and delivered within committed deadlines.- Computer literate.- Willing to relocate.- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
