We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage property development projects within a dynamic and innovative environment. This role emphasizes project delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of property development projects, including coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, safety standards, and progress tracking.Lead the project team to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.Perform strategic planning for property development from inception to completion, including feasibility studies and recommendations to management.Collaborate with internal departments, relevant authorities, consultants, and contractors for smooth implementation and high-quality outcomes.Implement risk management strategies to proactively address challenges and mitigate risks.Provide timely reports and feedback to senior management on project status and insights.Undertake additional duties as directed by management.Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.At least 8 years of project management experience in the property development industry.Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong knowledge of Malaysian building regulations and industry standards.Willingness to work in Kota Tinggi and/or any site designated by management.What We Offer: Performance-based bonus.16-23 days of annual leave per year.18 public holidays (as gazetted by the Johor state government).Normal working hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Mon – Fri).Medical and dental benefits.Insurance coverage: Hospitalization & Personal Accident.Annual increment.Staff discounts for sports and recreation facilities/membership.
