We are seeking a Project Manager on a 2-year renewable contract for an EPCC PMP project for a chemical plant in Pengerang.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
A minimum of fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience in project management within the project development industry, with a particular focus on Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) and Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication (EPF).
Proven track record of serving as a Project Manager in at least two (2) similar-scale or larger projects, specifically specializing in plant design and construction within the Waste Management and Process Plant sectors.
Proficiency in Project and Construction Management, including related execution knowledge.
Expertise in maintaining Project schedule, Cost control, and Project budget according to Project Management best practices.
Proficiency in Contract Management and strong business writing skills.
Oversee and lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects from initiation through to closeout.
Develop comprehensive project plans, encompassing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define clear project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Ensure that projects adhere rigorously to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Proactively monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
Cultivate strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project updates.
Provide guidance and exemplary leadership to project teams, which may include engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Continuously monitor project progress and performance, reporting on key performance metrics.
Identify and drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
Effectively manage project finances, encompassing budgeting and cost control.
Ensure that project documentation remains accurate and up-to-date.
Contribute valuably to post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions.
