Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for overall construction management and to lead the project team to complete the assigned project in timely and effective manner according to Company's requirements.To liaise with consultant and client on technical matters in relation to construction works.To attend Project Meeting, Site Meeting and Client Consultant Meeting.Preparation of project budgets, monitoring of project expenses, taking corrective actions and regular updates on status of project.To ensure compliance with Occupation, Safety & Health regulation.To coordinate works and build relationships among departments, consultants, clients, authorities, sub-contractors and suppliers with a focus on negotiating and motivating them to action and manage stakeholders' expectations.       REQUIREMENT Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.15 years of experience in construction field.Experience in fast-track construction projects is a significant advantages.Possess strong technical and excellent project management skills.Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English and demonstrating strong in communication skills.
