Through managing the full cycle of the project/product including the preliminary sourcing and assessment of solutions.Develop detailed project milestones, activity plans, schedules, estimates, financials and resource plans in consultation of project stakeholders and team leads.Define and manage the delivery of project scope and mitigation of project risks including recommendations for resolution of issues Manage execution of the project action plan in accordance to quality, timing and costs. 2.Ensure project deliverables meet/exceed the goals of the Project Sponsor as stipulated by the Project Charter and adhere to defined quality standards.

Develop the Project Charter encompassing the Project Objective/ Scope/ Governance/ Organization/ Approach/ High Level Plans and Schedules including the project delivery attributes.Manage intensely all phases of the project implementation life cycle (from end to end) in accordance to the milestones and timelines.Manage the Change Management process to ensure compliance to controls in implement CR and prioritization to contain scope creep. 3.Monitor and report on project traction and progress and, as necessary, coordinate the development, discussion, and approval of remedial actions and/or contingency plans

Through disciplined regular appraisals of project progress by engaging all parties of interest through the PSC and On-The-Ground Taskforce meeting cadence.Identify issues in the course of the project implementation and facilitate their timely remediation including resolution of conflicts among project stakeholders and project team.Develop project status reports/dashboards/management reporting of status for detailed monitoring of progress on timely basis 4.Effectively communicate project requirements and expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion besides providing direction and motivation to project team

Responsible for the project governance in documenting audit trail of decisions and securing of signoffs and approvals for assurance of the necessary due diligence.Manage the relationships of project stakeholders to ensure delivery requirements are specified clearly and corresponding outcomes are fulfilled accordingly.Perform project closure and postmortem upon project development including the thereafter review of benefit realization. 5.Supports the IT PMO in ensuring compliance of essential IT services to stipulated governance standards and quality commitments in conjunction to attaining the management defined IT performance metrics

Through instituting principles and practices of IT governance and risk management throughout all aspects of the project management life cycle.Manage prudently the dispensation of IT capital expenditure and operating expense in conformance to IT financial metricsSupport in the engagement of project partners in the procurement process on ensuring the due project prerequisites and contractual commitments are assured.
