Job Summary The Project Manager will oversee and deliver end-to-end projects for clients in the advertising and creative sectors. The role requires a strong background in advertising or creative agencies, coupled with experience in research, consulting, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of internal projects, from initiation and planning to execution Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments to define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Facilitate research and analysis to inform strategic decisions, leveraging insights to guide project development and execution. Coordinate creative workflows, ensuring that outputs meet organizational standards and align with brand guidelines. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges with innovative solutions and contingency plans. Ensure effective communication and alignment among stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Track and report on project progress, preparing regular updates and post-project evaluations for leadership. Drive process improvements across internal operations to enhance efficiency and ensure project success. Stay updated on industry trends and internal best practices to inform operational strategies and initiatives. Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within advertising, creative agencies, or consulting environments. Proven expertise in managing projects involving multiple internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong research and analytical skills, with experience translating insights into actionable strategies. Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage.
