ResponsibilitiesLead the project team which consists of consultants and contractors towards a profitable and successful completion of the project.
Coordinate design and development with the project team.
Ensure core areas of a project such as work progress, cost control, work quality, safety and security are in line with the project and company's policy.
Attend all project meetings with the consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, etc.
Communicate with Superiors and peer colleagues in order to deliver the project effectively.
Manage all project activities to ensure compliance with the project specifications, MOS, drawings, plans, works program, schedules, QA/QC, safety and specific requirements as well as to achieve timely completion of the works and within allocated budget.
RequirementsDegree in Civil/Structural/Architectural/Building Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years working experience in the construction industry.
Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Possess sound knowledge and experience in able to work independently with minimum supervision but not limited to project planning, technical and tendering, contract administration, construction methodology sequencing and authority liaisons.
