About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our talented team at Action Group. In this full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a range of exciting automotive projects. With a proven track record in project management, you will use your excellent organisational and leadership skills to drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including setting clear milestones and deliverables
Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks promptly
Communicating project status updates to stakeholders and clients on a regular basis
Managing project budgets and ensuring tight cost control
Implementing process improvements to enhance project delivery
Providing mentorship and guidance to more junior project team members
What we're looking for
Substantial experience in project management, ideally within the automotive or software industry.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in the use of project management tools and software
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Degree in Project Management, Engineering or a related field
