Project Manager

Responsible for developing a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project objectives, scope, deliverables, timeline, key milestones and resource requirements.- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project goals and ensure alignment with the overall organizational strategy.- Participate in project tendering including feasibility studies, site selection, and budgeting processes.- Oversee project initiation, establish project goals and objectives, and develop project plans, schedules, safe work practices and budgets.- Ensure that projects executed in accordance with industry standards, regulations, safely and best practices including Maintenance plans and accessibility.- lead and manage a project team, assigning roles and responsibilities to team members, and providing guidance and support throughout the project.- lead and guide construction project teams, including project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, Specialists, subcontractors and suppliers.- Assign roles and responsibilities, facilitate effective communication, and promote a collaborative working environment.- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, promote effective communication, and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise.- oversees the project budget, and procurement including ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.monitor project expenditures, manage vendor relationships, and make adjustments as needed to keep the project on track financially.**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Sri Iskandar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
