Responsibilities Lead the execution of the 52MW power plant project, ensuring alignment with client's requirements and specifications.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget allocations.
Ensureseamless coordination between EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) functions.
Act as the primary point of contact between client, contractors, and internal teams.
Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
Ensure adherence to all national and local regulations, environmental standards, and safetyprotocols specific to the energy sector and powerplants.
Identify potential risks in terms of safety, cost overruns, and timeline delays.
Develop andimplement risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee all contractual obligations with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Monitorproject scope and control any deviations or changes to the original contract.
Ensure the project is delivered within the allocated budget by monitoring costs and managingresource allocations effectively.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, procurement specialists, and constructionworkers, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Prioritize health, safety, and environmental guidelines across all project phases.
Conductregular audits and inspections.
Ensure high standards of quality throughout project execution, from design to commissioning.
Requirement Minimum with Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil).
A Mastersdegree or PMP certification would be a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within the powergeneration sector.
Prior experience managing EPCC contracts and working with internationalclients is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of power plant design, engineering processes, and constructionmethodologies.
Experience in managing renewable energy projects is advantageous.
Familiarity with project management software like MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients, stakeholders, andcross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex project-related issues and challenges.
Proven leadership in handling large-scale industrial projects with cross-functional teams
