Project Manager

**Overview**:**Responsibilities**:- Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including team members, management, and external vendors- Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project delivery- Monitor and report on project progress to ensure milestones are met- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time- Provide leadership and direction to project team members- Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field- Proven experience managing IT projects, preferably in a corporate environment- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Strong leadership and team-building skills- Experience working with cross-functional teams- PMP or other project management certification is a plus**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Management: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)License/Certification:- Six Sigma (preferred)Application Deadline: 04/03/2024Expected Start Date: 04/08/2024
