Project Manager

Job Overview: This position will Communicate with concept principals to ensure stores open in a timely manner and coordinate to ensure stores open in a cost effective and timely manner. Responsibilities will be (but not limited to): The incumbent will be communicating with Concept Principals to ensure smooth and timely opening of stores as well as coordinating and monitoring to ensure cost effective and timely opening of Malaysia & Singapore stores. S/he will also be managing cost and capex comparison across Indonesia and other international markets. S/he will report to Country General Manager & work in close collaboration with her/his Operation team, and other related functions. Requirements: - At least Bachelor degree from Industrial engineering, Management, Economy or any related fields - Having experience 4 to 5 years on project costing management - Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques - Has good analytical thinking as well as working with data - Proven people management skills and team player. - Solid experience in working together with other partners. - Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures - Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company - Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals as well as giving solution for the challenges happened on the business - Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others - A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected - Good communication skills in English and BahasaMAP Group is the leading lifestyle retailer in Indonesia with over 2,600 retail stores and a diversified portfolio that includes sports, fashion, department stores, kids, food & beverage, and lifestyle products.
