Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Ensure effective communication and reporting to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and guide team members in Agile practices and project management methodologies.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
PMP certification is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management.
Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
