Lead planning, project resource requirements and implementation of projects to meet the goals and priorities at the company strategic level.
Facilitate the building of business case for strategic project assigned.
Define project objectives and scope, identifying involvement of internal and external stakeholders.
Manage assigned projects independently according to agreed plans, controls and budgets whilst ensuring project governance.
Conduct periodic scope, schedule, and cost reviews using industry best practices, to identify needed adjustments.
Conduct risk analysis to reduce unforeseen obstacles and costs.
Measure project performance and progress throughout project execution.
Document project activities, obstacles, costs, and results.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide summarized project plan documentation to departmental managers and stakeholders as needed.
Resource ManagementManage staffing and other resource needs to maximize potential for successful execution of assigned projects.
Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects and functional areas.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional project teams, work closely and engage project owners/stakeholders regularly and exchange project updates to ensure timely project deliverables.
Manage project owner and other stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationships.
Delegate project activities and duties in accordance with team members' strengths and experience.
Collaborate with and lead teams to deliver results on schedule and within budget limits.
Job RequirementBachelor's Degree in any discipline and Project Management Certification.
10-20 years of experience in project management.
Experience in managing complex projects with uncertainty, ambiguity, dynamics, and interrelationships.
