Project Manager / Site Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage, coordinate, and supervise the overall works of building construction;Lead a team of site personnel and workers in the planning and execution of day to day operations;Monitor overall reporting of work progress to the Management;Provide support by responding to issues / problems arising;Coordinate and liaise with all consultants, sub-contractors, clients, and other relevant stakeholders;Monitor and regulate the quality of performance of sub-contractors;Plan and review the project schedule and budget when necessary;Implement policies, procedures, and instructions required by the Management;Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent;Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Mandarin would be an added advantage;At least 8 year(s) of relevant working experience;Strong problem solving skills;Physically fit and agile;Able to work independently with minimum supervision;Positive attitude, able to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment;Demonstrate good team work skills and maintain a strong team spirit with all relevant parties;Possess experience with Main Contractor in Bridge / High Rise Building projects would be an added advantage;Willing to work on the site;Willing to on-call and work on weekends and holidays when required;Willing to be based in Penang / Kuala Lumpur / Selangor.
