Project Manager (Software Developer) | Kulai

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for formulating and executing new project plans and execution plans, including project goals, timelines, resource allocation, budget, etc.
Set an execution plan to ensure that the feasibility of the plan is consistent with the company's goals in order to achieve the company's performance goals.
Responsible for internal and external communication and coordination of the project.
Ensure new projects are completed on time, quality and quantity.
Lead the entire project team from all aspects such as formulation, planning, and execution to achieve the company's performance goals.
Develop quality management plans and control measures to ensure that products or services delivered in new projects meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Manage the cost and budget of the project, adjust budget and resource allocation in a timely manner, and ensure that the project is completed within the budget.
Regularly summarize project progress, write project reports, and inform upper management and relevant stakeholders of project status.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least Diploma level or above in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
Candidates with at least 3 years of project development or business development experience.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Enjoys meeting people and is passionate about closing sales.
Self-motivated, resourceful, adaptable, independent and a team player.
