Job description
Main Objective
• Execute, Manage and Ensure projects with quality delivered on time Administrative Tasks
• Assist in general customer services such as following up and meeting customers.
Technical and Project Management
• Assist consultants to conceptualize and create business solutions
• Projects using formal project management methodology or Agile methodology
• Prepare and Conduct User Acceptation Test (UAT)
• Prepare and Conduct user training
• Communicate ongoing project status to stakeholders and collaborators
Customer Support
• Phone and email support during office hours, and off-office hours
• Support existing software applications, software services
