YOUR TASKS 1.
Project Management * Manage telecom and network infrastructure projects end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
* Develop project plans, define project objectives, and allocate resources accordingly.
* Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Budget Planning and Execution * Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and manage the budget for telecom and network infrastructure projects.
* Track project expenses, ensure cost control, and provide accurate financial reports.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
3.
Stakeholder Management * Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
* Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
* Manage expectations and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.

Vendor Management * Work closely with telecom and network infrastructure vendors to define project requirements, evaluate proposals, and negotiate contracts.
* Monitor vendor performance, ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards, and resolve any issues or escalations.

Risk Management * Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery.
* Continuously monitor and assess project risks, implement risk response plans, and escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
