Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of projects including planning, execution and monitoring, as well as responsible for work breakdown structure (WBS) schedules to ensure that all projects are completed on time.
Review design simulation and manage the approval of design from both internal and external stakeholders prior to fit-out submission to Landlords.
Manage entire fit-out cycle and liaise with Landlords and Contractors, including design submissions, renovation work permits, handover of lot, renovation works coordination and completion, pre-opening inspection, reinstatement, etc.
Coordinate and communicate with internal departments for store build processes and checklist.
Obtain quotations, request purchase orders and ensure shipping and delivery timelines are in order.
Weekly reporting on project status to internal and external stakeholders.
Support the maintenance of the outlets and ensure all maintenance issues are attended to.
Work closely with stakeholders to monitor project progress and identify issues that may arise during the course of the project.
Communicate within the Business Development department and other internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
Job Requirements:Candidate(s) must possess at least a Diploma in Project Management / Interior Design / Architecture or any related field.
Preferably minimum 1-2 years of working experience with relevant job scopes and/or project environment.
Detail-oriented, self-starter, eagerness to learn, and able to work independently.
Computer literate, basic technical understanding of projects and good command of both written and spoken English.
Spoken and written literacy in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Able to multi-task and work on several projects at one time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
