As a full-time position, this role will play a crucial part in driving the company's success by strategizing sales activities, managing and strengthening client relationships, as well as expanding new clients.What you'll be doingMonitor and analyse sales performance, identifying new projects launching, market info, product trends and implementing strategies to drive growth.Accountable to own sales team target.Generate new business opportunities through effective account management and proactive prospecting.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring projects are delivered to client satisfaction.Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and pipeline.Mentor and groom sales team and project designers on how to achieve their KPI & support their professional development.Follow up on payment collection.Attend to site meetings/visits/inspections upon request.What We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar project sales role, preferably within the interior design, cabinet or furniture industry.In-depth knowledge of tender procedures and industry standards.Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.Excellent negotiation and sales closing skills, with the ability to understand and meet client needs.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both clients and internal teams.Proficient in project management, with the ability to coordinate and oversee all aspects of project delivery.Familiar with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to cabinetry and project sales.Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.What we offerAt SIGNATURE, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
