Responsibilities Generate new businesses for sales contract in the M&E & System Integrator environment.Identify, qualify opportunities and develop funnels for large public or commercial sector infrastructure projects, analyzing industry trends and collaborating with internal teams to optimize our communication system's offerings and services to capture upcoming opportunitiesLead the development of key M&E & System Integrator strategic accounts by coordinating with necessary resources to meet business objectivesLead and maintain ample coordination through regular communications (meetings, reports, planning session, etc.) to ensure timely alerts of activities and reporting on project sales opportunitiesPartner with Sales & Marketing teams/Channel Partners to drive & develop projects growthSupport Channel Partners to secure project opportunities Conduct market research and customer segmentation to develop new customers/projectsBuild strong relationships with end-customers and be the bridge between Sales & Marketing teams/Channel Partners Requirements Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Business, or related fieldMin. 5-8 years of relevant Project Sales experienceExperience in handling new construction projects (preferably technology-related such as IT, telecom or other electrical or ELV electronics systems such as CCTV.Solutions and consultative selling experience preferredExperience with and undertaking of standalone project or multi-system integrationOutgoing, competitive, persistent, hunter-type mentalityPositive attitude, team player, self-starter and goal orientedAbility to engage with customers in the pursuit of building and sustaining long term relationships, and having sufficient market and applications knowledge to add value in the engagement with customersCommunication & Presentation skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing; ability to recognize when, how, and with whom things should be communicatedResults-oriented, highly analytical, excellent ability to plan and prioritize Candidate is willing to work in EM Hub, Kota Damansara
