Johor Bahru (HQ), KL & Singapore. Requirements: - Coordinate all the construction site activities, internal resources and supervises all on-site workers for the flawless execution of projects. This also includes maintaining the highest quality and administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. - Day to day management for on-site "ID & build" activities including planning of work schedules, monitoring the sites, the work of sub-contractors to and preparing reports for management. - Work closely with our Designers to complete the project on time. - Ensuring all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications with minimum wastage and maximum profit margin. - Conduct weekly project meetings to identify worksite problems and provide solutions to guide our project team. - Attend tender interviews, liaise with client's representatives and attend consultant/site meetings when required - Act and discharge duties and responsibilities in a professional manner in accordance to all regulatory, statutory requirements and the contractual obligations of the Company Qualification: - Strong carpentry skills and ability to understand architecture & interior design construction methods and sequence. - Good communication skills to deal with vendors, clients and their professional representatives including architects - Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture - 5 years of working experience in ID Project Supervision or related field Rewards:- Overseas study tours - Company trip annually - Loyalty & Role Model rewards annually - Basic + Allowance + rewarding incentive - Salary from RM4,000 to RM8,000/mth Career Development:- We plan & build your career path - We provide coaching, on-the-job & leadership training Positive working environment:- Family-liked culture - Weekly breakfast & birthday surprise - Appreciation Night annually Benefits: - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Supplemental pay types: - Yearly bonus Language: - Mandarin (preferred)We are an Interior Design firm with ISO Certification and International Award Winning, since 1995.
