Project Support Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities Your main roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:1. Ensure effective coordination of all variables in assigned projects2. Administration documentation and facilitate communication flow between the project team and internal team members3. Collaborate with and provide instructions to subcontractors/suppliers for the timely delivery of materials and ensure timely project handover4. Monitor project progress and prepare reports for the Project Manager5. Liaise with clients directly for maintenance and ad-hoc works, overseeing projects from costing to successful completion6.
