Responsible for overallSALES, MARKETING and SALES ADMINfunctions.
Oversee sales and marketing as well as sales administration team.
Develop strategic sales and marketing planning, organizing, leading, and controlling to achieve the objectives and targets.
Work towards achieving sales target/quota and other objectives outlined by the company.
Knowledgeable in all aspects of authorities' approval relating to property sales & administration i.e.
Developer's License, Advertising Permit, Napic, etc.
Liaise with government authorities/councils on compliance matters with housing rules and requirements including getting approvals for the Advertising and Sales Permit and Developer's License.
Liaise with solicitors, bankers, government authorities, advertising agencies, media, etc., in all matters relating to sales & marketing.
Lead and motivate sales team members and appointed real estate agents.
Plan and manage sales events and activities to generate sales.
Prepare price lists and proposals for projects.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reports required by Management.
Plan and oversee execution of advertising, public relations, corporate communications, special events, and budget control for the Sales & Marketing Department.
Conduct and analyze market surveys and research, monitor development trends, and provide constant feedback and updates on the property market and customers' needs to Management for the development of new products and effective sales & marketing strategies.
Strategize, plan, develop, and execute marketing programs/strategies such as direct mailings, social media campaigns, exhibitions, and corporate and publicity events.
Liaise with panel lawyers on drafting and preparation of new agreements (SPA / DMC / Supplementary) for new projects.
Oversee and monitor progress billing to ensure timely collection.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business/Real Estate or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years working experience in the property development industry.
A strong understanding of customer and marketing dynamics, as well as property requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (written & verbal), leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and time management abilities.
Preferably with the ability to effectively understand and communicate in Mandarin.#J-18808-Ljbffr
