Property Sales Executive
As a Property Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in the real estate market. Your role involves generating leads, understanding clients' needs, showcasing properties, and negotiating deals to achieve sales targets. This position requires strong communication skills, a good knowledge of property trends, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Actively source new clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.Meet with clients to understand their property requirements and provide expert advice on market options and conditions.Schedule and conduct property tours, showcasing features and benefits to potential buyers.Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.Prepare and finalize legal contracts and necessary documentation.Keep updated with property market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.Provide after-sales support and maintain relationships for future business opportunities.Track sales activities, maintain records, and work to meet or exceed sales targets.Ideal candidates are motivated, knowledgeable in real estate, and have a track record of successful client relations and sales.
Qualifications for Property Sales Executive: 1. Diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
2. Background in real estate sales or similar client-facing role.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM software skills.
4. Goal-oriented, familiar with local property laws, flexible with work hours.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Bilingual or multilingual is an added advantage (especially in Mandarin and English).
