Job Description
As part of the Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneurs (PROTÉGÉ) program, you will:
Provide on-job training and soft-skills training during the Protégé Program.
Provide after-sale service support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical product-related issues.
Follow up and respond to customer requests and complaints.
Locate faults, carry out repairs, and replace parts.
Conduct vehicle testing for various systems (traction, brake, PIS, air conditioning, door systems, lighting).
Ensure quality inspection during commissioning and provide technical support.
Perform vehicle dynamic tests and initial vehicle operation support.
Carry out any other job assigned by the superior as required.
Contract Duration : 1 year
