Job Description
The Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneurs (PROTÉGÉ) program is designed to develop and guide youths in collaboration with industry experts to enhance the marketability of unemployed graduates.
This position is a 1-year contract that includes providing on-the-job training and soft skills training during the Protégé Program.
Responsibilities
Provide after-sales service support to customers, including corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical product-related issues.
Follow up, solve, and respond to customer requests and complaints.
Locate faults, carry out repairs, and replace parts.
Conduct vehicle testing for traction systems, brake systems, PIS systems, air conditioning systems, door systems, and lighting systems.
Ensure quality inspection during commissioning and provide technical support.
Perform vehicle dynamic tests and initial vehicle operation support.
Perform any other job assigned by the superior as required.
