Job Descriptions:
1.Monitor and ensure that all KPI sets for New Vehicle Sales, Trade-Ins & Insurance (New & Renewal) align with Proton's KPI are being achieved: 
2.Implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue
3.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
4.Analysing sales data and preparing reports for management.  
5.Responsible for mentoring and developing the Sales team for continuous improvement
6.Plan to collaborate with the marketing team to execute road show and promotional activities.
7.Ensuring compliance meet with company policies and industry regulations for Proton.
8.Responsible to report to our management and deal with Proton HQ.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales. 
 
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills in management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency and written language in English/Bahasa Malaysia.
 
Computer literate & Digital Savvy

Proficient in social media - Facebook, TikTok Instagram
