Job Responsibilities:Professional ServiceTo communicate with customers to understand their medical/nutrition/diet needs.
To provide basic health screenings.
To counsel and advise clients on their medication regimen and to improve health conditions.
To screen prescriptions and dispense accurately.
To recommend suitable health supplements.
To assist in day-to-day operations including coverage for other pharmacists if the need arises.
Stock ManagementTo assist in stock take and be responsible for expired/shortage of product.
To ensure inventory records and stocks are always tally.
To maintain product wastage at a low level according to the Company's guidelines.
To receive stocks according to purchase orders.
To store products and follow proper guidelines.
To ensure product availability while keeping costs at optimal performance and working within storage capacity constraints.
People ManagementTo train and induct new co-workers, providing constant coaching and support.
To communicate new product promotions and ensure promotions are communicated accurately to customers.
Professional ComplianceTo ensure the pharmacy always complies with government regulations.
To execute best pharmacy practices and follow guidelines given by authorities and the Company.
To upkeep prescription and poison book records.
Job Requirements:Fully Registered Pharmacist under the Malaysia Pharmaceutical Board.
Possesses at least a Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent, and eligible to obtain license A.
Able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels.
Passionate, energetic, with a friendly and engaging personality.
Outspoken, with strong customer service skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
Interest in retail environment is preferred.
Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia; speaking Mandarin is an added advantage.
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
