Government and media relations management:
Establish and maintain media relations, keeping a good relationship and communicating with the media regularly to ensure a positive image of the company in the international media.
Write and issue press releases and other PR materials and distribute them through appropriate channels.
Responsible for media monitoring and analysis, monitor international media reporting on the company, analyze public opinion, provide timely feedback and formulate appropriate PR strategies.Event planning, execution and team management:
Plan and organize all kinds of PR activities, such as press conferences, brand promotion activities, exhibitions, and seminars, ensuring that the activities are smooth and achieve the expected results.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product departments to ensure that events are fully supported.
Manage the public relations team, make internal work arrangements and performance appraisals, and ensure that the work is completed with quality and quantity.Crisis management:
Formulate crisis response strategies to ensure that the company can react quickly and effectively in a crisis.
Communicate with the media, the public, and internal staff in a timely and proactive manner to deliver accurate information and reduce negative impacts.
Evaluate and summarize the crisis events, put forward improvement suggestions, and enhance the company's ability to cope with the crisis.Job Requirements:
University degree or above, finance, event management, and other majors are preferred; experience in a multi-language environment is preferred.
Three years or more related work experience; public relations or social media, event planning, and other related experience is preferred.
Strong communication, expression, coordination skills, analytical and investigative skills, and business negotiation skills, with high EQ.
Understand and comply with Malaysian laws and regulations and industry norms to ensure that investment activities are in line with regulatory requirements.
Familiar with business etiquette and workplace socialization, with excellent quality and confidentiality awareness.
