Job DescriptionBuild genuine and strong relationships with media and campaign partners.
Work with other parties for tie-ups and co-organize events/campaigns, suppliers, and global LUSH PR teams.
Create and deliver effective PR strategies across the country, combining brand vision and business objectives to achieve commercial goals.
Ensure monthly collection of customer database from store and compile and provide updates/new launches/news/media coverage/events for Lush website/newsletter.
Organize in-store events for press and KOL (new collection).
Work closely with principal (UK) on a day-to-day or ad-hoc basis.
Monitor all magazines and newspapers for Company articles.
Research and share press releases to compile for PR Report.
Work on marketing initiatives to increase conversion rate and drive footfall into the store.
Prepare reports and measure ROI on all PR activities and outcomes.
Conduct post-mortem of events.
Build and protect LUSH brand reputation to cement market position.
Access and engage media in brand storytelling and convert media into brand advocates.
Create and execute events and experiences to share brand stories with media.
Respond to media requests; pitching proactively and reactively to media.
Prepare PR budgets and forecast products for PR needs.
Organize media to attend local suppliers and charity pot partners for a true brand experience.
Manage and lead the charity pot campaigns.
Actively seek and apply for a large number of awards throughout the year that align with the business goals.
Amplify human rights, animal welfare, and environmental protection campaigns through effective media outreach.
Daily - Social Media (Content Development)Curating, planning, and deciding the products and type of content.
Prepare and fine-tune copy for all pre-planned and curated content.
Search, keep updated, filter, and optimize relevant content from principal brands, other countries, and user-generated content to be reposted.
Create social buzz regarding new product or special collection launches.
Daily - Social Media (General Monitoring)Monitor number of likes and comments of previous postings to understand consumer preference and update in monthly social media tracking report.
Monitor the ever-changing types of content preferred by followers and customers to identify which products garner the most engagement to aid future planning.
Reply and handle customer inquiries through comments or personal messages.
Monitor principal social media strategy.
Weekly - Social MediaContent to include a targeted quantity of 2 postings a day / 14 postings a week (or more whenever applicable).
OthersAd hoc postings.
Brainstorm, develop, and manage new, different content or campaigns to improvise.
Identify new trends in marketing and evaluate new technologies in the market to share with the team.
Suggest relevant campaigns or content to increase awareness, engagement, and followers.
Products PhotoshootPlan and organize photoshoot sessions of new products/user-generated content/Lush Ambassadors to be posted on social media. Target 4 days (morning) a month with an average of 1 shoot per week.
Products TrainingAttend new product training for better understanding of products and new collection.
Purchase OrderRaise e-purchase order and submission to Finance.
Filling purchase order & invoices.
Follow up to ensure payment is made in a timely manner.
Job RequirementsAt least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Passionate about Lush; our products, ethics, and values.
Has professional interpersonal communication and computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Experience writing and leading multiple PR campaigns with proven results.
Have a strong work ethic and passion for development.
Proven experience executing creative ideas.
Multi-tasking abilities; and displays a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
