ResponsibilitiesComply with the requirement of the Quality Management System (QMS) that meets ISO 9001 standard
Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with the new suppliers for best purchase
Developing and implementing purchasing strategies
Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks
Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc
Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation
Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs
Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets
Working to improve purchasing systems and processes
Job QualificationsPreferably working experience in furniture/manufacturing industry
Possess a Degree/Diploma in Civil/M&E/Supply Chain Management
Able to speak in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
1-2 years experience
