Issue of purchase order & liaising with supplier for goods readiness & collection.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to minimize shortage issues.
Research potential vendors for more competitive advantage.
Maintain and manage all records of inventory in the system and ensure up to date.
Maintain updated records of invoices and negotiate better prices.
Follow up with supplier, as needed to confirm or change orders.
Check and prepare SST lampiran 2 monthly and apply for quota when necessary.
Liase with suppliers and production team to ensure products purchased are up to standard and in good condition.
Job Requirement
Diploma or above in any field (Management / Inventory fields will be an advantage).
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
