Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experiencedPurchasing Admin Assistantwith the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based atTeluk Bahang, Penang.
Responsibilities:
Review stock requisition (SR) - Amazing Discovery Sdn. Bhd.
Contact suppliers and request quotations.
Perform a detailed comparison of received quotations.
Follow-up Diligence Form & IBG Form with suppliers.
Create CIA and get approval from higher management.
Contact purchasing HQ, finance HQ, & GMR team for purchasing matters.
Issue purchase requisition (PR) and good receive note (GRN) in ERP system.
Assist suppliers or contractors and follow-up on project progress.
Receive & check items from suppliers.
Verify invoices for monthly services provided by suppliers.
Issue PO for kitchen and restaurant items and DXN products.
Conduct stock counting and stocktake every month and submit to finance HQ.
Follow-up with distribution team regarding DXN products.
Assist and actively participate in front office operations during peak periods.
Handle purchasing activities and related matters as required, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification.
At least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
