Purchasing Admin

**Job Description**:- Assist to handle all purchasing, clerical and administrative functions of the Purchasing & Admin Department.- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of goods between supplier to ensure that all goods are delivered to store on time.- Prepare and key in PO / Purchase invoice in computer software.- Negotiable for the best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery and service) with suppliers.- Other administrative duties that may assigned.- Good attitude toward team work.
